Hi, I'm Thane, and I love helping people solve their tech problems.

I've been working with computers for years, and I'm A+ certified, which means I've got the technical know-how to handle just about any issue you throw at me. I've worked as an IT consultant and currently specialize in end user support, which is really just a fancy way of saying I help everyday people like you get their technology working properly.

What I enjoy most about this work is taking something that seems overwhelming or broken and making it simple again. I get it because technology can be confusing, and when something goes wrong, it's stressful. That's where I come in. Whether you're dealing with a slow computer, need help building something new, or just can't figure out why that program won't install, I'm here to walk you through it step by step.

I believe everyone deserves tech support that's patient, honest, and easy to understand. No condescending attitudes, no rushing you off the phone, and definitely no making you feel bad for not knowing something. Just straightforward help from someone who genuinely wants to solve your problem.
